what to wear & bring

Try to wear comfortable walking gear (yoga outfit and good walking shoes). Bring a bottle with your favorite soft drink (water or juice) and bring a light snack in case you feel a bit hungry. Please, make sure to also bring a thin sheet or towel to sit on, for the prenatal yoga class. (In case you do not have a towel/or thin sheet to sit on, we will bring some picnic blankets and the studio has some yoga mats.)
